Welcome to my site.
Everything here is designed to assist you in creating positive change in your life. I desire as part of my life purpose to facilitate positive change for individuals. I do this by mentoring and providing education as well as through counseling. I do my best to teach from a whole person perspective, as each person relates to learning from a different view - visual, auditory and kinesthetic.
Much of what excites me is creating a sense of balance and well-being. I will share information with regard to what I learn about how to create aliveness, balance and wellness. I specialize in alternative methods to deal with addictions.
I am always learning. One of my mentors is fond of saying, that if you are learning then you are growing, and if you are not learning then you are dying. For me it is an obvious choice! I will share with you in my blog the latest of what I am learning. I am brand-spanking new to blogging and the internet, so this website will get better as I go.

Another part of my life purpose is creating a state of intimacy and connection between myself and others, and supporting others to achieve that in their own lives as well.
I teach people just like you, how all emotions really are okay, it’s just what you do with them that may be not so great.
So be authentic with your feelings. I can teach you the tools needed to release stress and release the undesirable or stuck emotions that get in the way of creating the joyful, fun-filled life you want.
I can teach you how to communicate your thoughts and feelings in an authentic way, to create greater intimacy and connection, and get more of the win-win responses you want.
